Questions while submitting a claim

Reach out to our team by going to PestShare.com
    • At the bottom right of the screen > select the Chat Bug Icon.
    • Answer the questions to submit a ticket to one of our Claims Specialists.
    • Our team will investigate your question and will reach back out to you via email or phone call.

Questions regarding a previously submitted claim

  • There are two methods to obtain information regarding a previously submitted claim.
    • You may email us at claims@pestshare.com.  Be sure to include details regarding your claim including...
      • First & last name
      • Full address
      • Phone number 
      • Claim number
    • You may also go to www.PestShare.com

      • Answer each of the questions to submit a ticket to one of our Claims Specialists.
      • Our team will investigate your question and will reach back out to you via email or phone call.
  • Received a bill?
    • If you receive a bill from a service provider and the request was approved by Pest Share as a covered pest on your Pest Assurance package please reach out to claims@pestshare.com or use the chatbot at www.PestShare.com
