What pests can I request service for?

This article provides resources for obtaining information regarding the pests that are covered by your Pest Assurance package.

Pest Share Packages

  • Pest Share offers various packages and pest coverage options to select from.  Therefore the coverage is dependent upon which package or packages were selected by your Property Manager.

How do I find out what Pests are covered?

  • To obtain detail of which pests are covered as a part of your program, we recommend:
    • Contacting your Property Manager to obtain a copy of the Pest Share Pest Assurance flyer which contains the pests that are covered as well as the program details and instructions that are designed to ensure a positive Pest Assurance experience.
    • Checking your property manager's website or resident portal for details on your program.
    • Goto PestShare.com and select the ChatBug in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.  In the live chat, request program details.

What happens if I submit a claim and the pest is covered?

  • If the pest infestation is part of your Pest Assurance package, you will receive details regarding the next steps to have your property treated!

What happens if I submit a claim and the pest is not covered?

  • If the pest infestation is not part of your Pest Assurance package, you will receive information on available treatment options and the associated cost.
  • The cost of the non-cover pest will be the resident's responsibility unless arrangements are made in advance with the property management company.
