How do I find out what Pests are covered?
- To obtain detail of which pests are covered as a part of your program, we recommend:
- Contacting your Property Manager to obtain a copy of the Pest Share Pest Assurance flyer which contains the pests that are covered as well as the program details and instructions that are designed to ensure a positive Pest Assurance experience.

- The cost of the non-cover pest will be the resident's responsibility unless arrangements are made in advance with the property management company.
