How does the property manager activate/deactivate a property in the Pest Share Program?

This article will give you a brief overview of how to activate/deactivate a property.

  • Activation/deactivation is determined by the Property Management Software being used. As well as the property manager's preferences.
    • This can vary significantly based on your software and your setup within that software.
    • Often Pest Share will have a scheduled report sent directly to Pest Share once a week. The report will simply use a GL code, Tag, or Custom Field. 
    • Rarely do we use other methods of activation/deactivation of properties. 
  • Activating or deactivating properties in Pest Share can be very simple, but will typically require you to coordinate your efforts with your dedicated Client Success Manager.
    • During your onboarding meeting your client success manager will help set up all reports and explain the process thoroughly.
