What is Pest Assurance?

  • Pest Assurance is offered in various packages to property managers for on-demand coverage of their residential rental properties as a way to protect the property owners investment from unwanted pests or property damage incurred by those pests.

Pest Assurance program details and limitations

  • Pest Assurance provides up to four (4) services in a twelve (12) month period beginning with your first treatment.
  • With each service, a maximum of three (3) covered pests may be treated.
  • Each of the services has a 30-day warranty from the completion of the service. 
  • Some pests take more than one treatment.  This is considered to only be one service. For example, if a pest takes 4 treatments to complete the service it will only be counted as one treatment.  And the warranty period starts at the completion of the last treatment.
