Is there a limit to the number of services included in my Pest Assurance program?

What is Pest Assurance?

  • Pest Assurance is offered in various packages to property managers for on-demand coverage of their residential rental properties. 
  • Since different managers offer different packages, please refer to your lease documentation or information provided by your property manager for details on specific pest coverage or program details.

Pest Assurance program details and limitations

  • Pest Assurance is available in various packages made available by property managers for their residents.
  • Pest Assurance provides up to four (4) services in a twelve (12) month period beginning with your first treatment.
  • With each service, a maximum of three (3) covered pests may be treated.
  • Each of the services has a 30-day warranty from the completion of the service. 
  • Some pests take more than one treatment.  This is considered to only be one service. For example, if a pest takes 4 treatments to complete the service it will only be counted as one treatment.  And the warranty period starts at the completion of the last treatment.
