Pest Share

  • Pest Share is a SaaS (Software as a Service) company offering an innovative way for residents of rental properties to easily obtain on-demand pest control services. 
    • Residents simply submit a service request for a covered pest through the online portal at PestShare.com.
    • Then, Pest Share coordinates the next steps with the resident and one of our in-network service providers to complete the service. 

Pest Assurance

  • Pest Assurance, powered by Pest Share, is an on-demand service to treat active infestations utilizing a targeted approach to pest control.
  • Pest Assurance is offered in various packages to property managers for on-demand coverage on their residential rental properties. 
  • Since different managers offer different packages, please refer to your lease documentation or information provided by your property manager for details on specific pest coverage or program details.

Pest Assurance is NOT an automatic reoccurring treatment because it is not necessary to treat a property without an active infestation. In fact, most treatments experience a degradation from cleaning, solar, wind, etc, as well as pest adaptation for excessive or diluted treatments, therefore regular recurring treatments may prove to be ineffective when an infestation starts.
