This article covers why a resident may receive a bill for pest services, and what needs to be done.
A bill was received for covered pests or covered services
- If a resident has received a bill for a covered pest or services, they may disregard the bill they receive related to that service, as Pest Share will also be notified and will handle the payment on their behalf.
- Occasionally a bill may inadvertently go out from a service provider. This is very uncommon and unintentional. Our network of providers also services customers outside of the Pest Share network, therefor are conditioned to directly bill the resident after a service.
A bill was received for non-covered pests or non-covered services
- There may be an instance that a resident receives a bill from the Service Provider, it should only be for a non-covered pest or if they’ve exceeded allowable service calls. In either case, the resident was previously made aware of the charges and had previously agreed to the charges.
